SHIPPING & RETURNS
After purchasing an item at our online store, you will receive an e-mail with purchase confirmation. Every purchase is processed individually within 2 - 3 weeks and dispatched with chosen delivery service. The delivery dates are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch, we are not responsible for any delays caused by post service or destination customs clearance processes.
Unfortunately, due to the custom nature of the crowns, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your item was damaged in transit please share the photo of the damage with shop owner. We will then request you ship the damaged item back and a new one will be shipped to you.
